Well hello, my name is Yogesh and we will meet repeatedly. I just watched the movie Chhava, guys. There was a show at seven in the morning, house full, and not just that, every show here in Nagpur is house full. There's such a craze for this movie, brother. And I say it should be that way. The level of filmmaking displayed is just wow. Brother, Maddock is a genius! How to present a scene, at what level, everyone should learn from them. Anyway, if we talk about the movie, everyone knows that it is based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj and his bravery and sacrifice for Hindavi Swareya, which the public knows about but not to the core. And with this core element and detail, the storyline keeps flowing, boss, you will tremble inside. Goosebumps in every moment, you are going to feel a tremendous performance by each and every actor. Even more, I would say that the casting of each character in this film is perfectly suited for every actor. This film is beyond epic, and it's a good thing that it wasn't released during the time of Pushpa 2, brother, Otherwise, it would have been a disaster for Pushpa. Because this film has a history connected to emotions, it has passion, powerful acting, performances, patriotism, epic level action, and on top of that, it has a storyline that everyone must watch to know about what happened after the era of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. What legacy did he leave behind? And how did his elder son Sambhaji Maharaj advance that legacy a hundredfold? To what extent had Aurangzeb's cruelty increased? And speaking of Aurangzeb, when Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj passed away, that particular dialogue spoken by Aurangzeb, 'Keep the gates of heaven open above, the lions are coming.' Oh brother, that particular dialogue sent chills down the spine. Just think about how well Aurangzeb understood that Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was nothing less than a lion. Another best moment was when Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's crown was shown, and at that time, the emotions of Sambhaji Maharaj that emerged connected with you emotionally. The film is almost two hours and forty-five minutes long. And because it's history. Epic, it takes its time to build. The way the buildup is given in the beginning undoubtedly raises your hopes even more. But every ten to fifteen minutes, in order to explain the storyline, a little drama is added in between, sidelining action and such. This includes the love and respect of Yesubai for Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the internal politics going on in his kingdom, and the storylines of Aurangzeb and Akbar, all of which continue to unfold, making the movie feel a bit slow. But what is important, is important brother. It cannot be distanced from or reduced in history. And in the second half, the way Shambhu Rajé is captured and tortured, brother, I had read about it in books and heard tales - pulling out their nails, putting salt on their wounds, cutting off fingers, eyes. What can I say now? But when all this was shown on screen, as much as you enjoy R-rated movies where cutting and beating are trivial matters, here it wasn't seen that way, brother. Because of the emotions with which we Marathi or Maharashtrian people are connected to Chhatrapati. He won't be able to bear it, man. And if you didn't shed tears from your eyes during the climax, then let me know. And after the climax, the roar from the theater audience, just listen for yourself, brother.
(people shouting) Hail Sambhaji Maharaj. Hail Sambhaji Maharaj. Har Har Mahadev. Har Har Mahadev. Har Har Mahadev. Speaker 1 Brother, literally, the audience was in a fervor after the climax. Such a performance by Vicky Kaushal, brother give him a national award, man. He deserves it. Reading history books and literally feeling all those things come to life on the screen was a very different experience for me. So don't watch it just for the entertainment. Watch it to connect and feel it with history, brother. You will bow down to such filmmaking. Yes, how can we forget Akshay Khanna? He wasn't in action mode, but he does what the character should emphasize on. From my side, brother, easily four point five stars for showcasing such epic history on the big screen. Hail Jagdamba. Har Har Mahadev.
